Tap the "+" button on the Teams tab, enter your team name, select Hockey (other sports show Coming soon), and you're ready to go. Add players and customize branding right away.
Each team has Input and Viewer invite codes. Share the Input code with Time/Shot trackers and the Viewer code with parents and fans. Prefer distinct accounts. One Team Coach subscription on the team covers writers; viewers are free.
Open a game and tap "Start Game" to begin live tracking. Tap the colored zones to record goals and shots for each team. You can track lines, log penalties, and the scoreboard updates in real time.
Yes! Statraxx saves all data locally on your device first, so it works even without an internet connection. When you're back online, your data syncs automatically to the server.
After a game is marked as completed, go to the Game Summary screen and tap "Share Report." You can share as plain text, CSV spreadsheet, or a professionally formatted PDF.
Hockey is available now with full positions, lines, periods, and penalties. Soccer, baseball, and lacrosse are Coming soon — they stay visible in the app so you can see what's next.
Team Coach subscriptions are managed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). To cancel or change your plan, go to your device's subscription settings. Viewers never need a paid plan.
You can import games from any iCal calendar feed (TeamSnap, TeamLinkt, RAMP, etc.). Go to your team detail page, expand "Import from Calendar," and paste your calendar URL. Games will be automatically imported.
Yes — follow-along is free and uncapped. Parents and fans join with the team's Viewer invite code and can view live scores, shots, and penalties as they're recorded. No paid Follow Along plan is required.
To delete your account and all associated data, please email support@statraxx.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 48 hours.
